Maintenance

​Innolution's CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is Cloud-based system that integrate with our front-end Tenant System (Commercial Buildings) and i-Neighbour (Residential Properties) modules for residents or tenants to report faulty facilities and receive notifications on repairing updates. The request for corrective maintenance will automatically flow from tenant/resident to CMMS, verified by the Facility Manager, and further automated the work order procedures and at the end feedback to the tenant/resident. A technician assigned to the repair job will be notified via the App and can update his work progress in the same App. When an IoT hardware is integrated with Cloud Maintenance Management System, it can automatically trigger the preventive maintenance processes according to its usage to ease the maintenance manager's workload.
